Job title: Accounts Payable Manager (9 Month Full time Contract)

Office location: Spanskih boraca, Belgrade – Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team: 

Ensuring the purchase ledger records are kept up to date so the Finance team can produce accurate and timely financial information for lenders, board, auditors and other stakeholders. Ensuring all payment runs are promptly and accurately processed. Contributing to the development of the AP function by proposing and helping deliver improvement.

What will you be doing?

• Ability to process quickly and accurately large volumes of supplier invoices
• Ability to resolve problems within the Accounts Payable team and Business Stakeholders
• Maintain financial controls are adhered to and ensure that suppliers are paid on time
• Respond to suppliers and colleagues queries quickly, professionally with accurate information and advice

What we are looking for:

• University degree
• Previous experience in Accounts Payableor Bookkeeping
• Proficient user of MS Excel – Vlookup, Pivot, SUMIF, CONCATENATE
• Excellent written and verbal skills  
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Previous line management experience – DESIRABLE
• SAP – DESIRABLE
