MSA IP – Milojevic, Sekulic and Associates is a boutique law firm which specializes in prosecution, litigation and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights. From its head office in Belgrade, Serbia, MSA IP directs and coordinates the work of its local offices in nine countries in the region, as well as the work of its associated firms in other neighboring countries. The firm has initially provided services only in the region of Southeast Europe, however during years it has extended its activities to countries of the CIS and Central Asia; today, the firm also does clearance and portfolio management work worldwide.

Administrative Assistant

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in English (other languages are considered as a bonus) along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
• Previous administrative work experience is a plus, but not required as training opportunities are provided by the firm

Responsibilities

• Preparing correspondence and responding to inquiries from clients and keeping them up-to-date
• Dealing with foreign/domestic client IP portfolio
• Keeping records up to date in IP software solution
• Preparing summaries and periodic status reports of IP matters for clients
• Gathering, organizing and processing information relevant to clients IP portfolio
• Supporting related IP projects
• Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
