Energize d.o.o. is a fast-growing renewable energy and technology company specialized in advanced energy infrastructure solutions, including utility-scale and C&I Solar Power Plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging Infrastructure, Industrial Solutions, and Energy Software Applications. We operate with HQ in Serbia, Belgrade.

2. Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, open-minded AI Content Creator to fully own our content production — video, visual, web, and digital marketing — using AI tools as the primary way of working, not as an occasional shortcut. This is an AI-driven and results-driven role: we are moving away from slow, purely manual production, classic design workflows, toward fast, high-quality, scalable content built with the most powerful AI tools available today.

This is not a narrow design role. The person in this position will independently produce AI-generated video content, design and maintain product catalogs, build and update company websites, and run AI-supported digital marketing — end to end, with minimal need for external agencies or outsourcing.

Key focus areas include:

• Full ownership of content production using AI tools, from concept to finished asset
• AI video creation for marketing, product presentation, and social media
• AI-assisted catalog, brochure, and visual material design
• Building, redesigning, and maintaining company websites and landing pages
• AI-supported digital marketing execution
• Initiative and openness to continuously learn and adopt new AI tools as the field evolves

3. Key Responsibilities

3.1 AI Video Production

• Create AI-generated and AI-assisted video content for products, projects, and campaigns
• Produce short-form video for social media, ads, and web
• Use AI voice, avatar, and editing tools to speed up production while keeping quality high
• Iterate quickly across multiple AI-generated variants and select the strongest output

3.2 Catalogs, Visuals & Design Materials

• Design and update product catalogs, brochures, and technical presentation materials using AI-assisted design tools
• Produce marketing visuals, social media graphics, and branded assets
• Maintain visual consistency across all AI-generated and traditional design materials

3.3 Website Design & Maintenance

• Build, redesign, and maintain the company website(s) and landing pages using AI-powered website builders
• Update web content, structure, and visuals in line with marketing and sales needs
• Ensure sites are fast, on-brand, and optimized for conversion

3.4 Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute AI-supported digital marketing activities: social media, campaigns, content calendars
• Use AI tools for copywriting, ad creative, SEO, and campaign optimization
• Track performance and adjust content/campaigns based on results

3.5 AI Tool Adoption & Initiative

• Proactively research, test, and propose new AI tools that improve speed or quality of output
• Take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions — bring ideas, not just execution
• Participate in company-funded training and onboarding for new AI tools during working hours

5. Ideal Candidate Profile

• Open-minded and genuinely excited about AI tools replacing slow, manual workflows — not resistant to the shift
• Highly initiative-driven — brings ideas and solutions proactively, rather than waiting for instructions
• Background in design, video, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working across multiple disciplines: video, visual design, web, and marketing, all AI-assisted
• Fast learner, able to pick up new AI tools quickly and independently
• Structured and organized, able to manage several content streams and deadlines at once
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and web fundamentals: conversion, SEO basics, campaign structure
• Must submit a portfolio of previous work: design, video, web, and/or marketing samples, required before the testing stage

Hiring Process

Before being invited to any testing, candidates must submit a portfolio of their previous work: design, video, website, and/or digital marketing samples. Applications without submitted work samples will not proceed to the next stage.

Following portfolio review, the hiring process includes online testing covering personality, creative and technical skills, AI tool proficiency and adaptability, and initiative/results drive. Only selected candidates will then be invited for an interview.
