Artwork Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
Artwork Specialist within Adria-Balkan L’Oréal Consumer Products Division (CPD) is involved in adjusting and making more visually appealing and informative labels and layouts for numerous products within our Haircare, Coloration, Hygiene and Skincare categories.
This service is essential to enhance brand recognition, communicate product information effectively, and comply with regulatory requirements on markets we are currently present. Some of the job accountabilities are the following:
- Coordinating of design preparation phase and product packaging adaptation for L’Oreal CPD products based on samples/examples received from International product development teams.
- Coordinating between several departments within the company (Marketing, Legal, Scientific, Supply Chain and international teams and factories) for the timely completion and validation of the design.
- Collaborating with local designers and translation agencies on a daily level.
- Preparing product labels layouts and organizing their production in cooperation with Product Managers and Physical Distribution department.
- Optimizing costs and processes related to local product layout adaptations & developments.
- Regularly maintaining Database containing list & status of all Artworks and label layouts used within the CPD portfolio.
- Onboarding newcomers in Marketing & Scientific on processes and tools used in product design preparation /validation phases.
- Following up on Scientific Regulations and timely Artwork adjustments to meet the criteria.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
- Has up to 1 years of experience
- Is digital-savvy, curious about modern technologies and applications
- Is passionate, business-driven & client-oriented
- Has good communication, planning and organizational skills
- Is able to handle complex subjects and work under pressure
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Has an analytical mindset
- Is highly skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel)
- Is fluent in Serbian and English language
