For our client, Teknoxgroup Serbia, a member of the international Teknoxgroup and an authorized Caterpillar dealer, recognized for providing high-quality equipment, spare parts and service solutions across the construction and industrial sectors, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their growing Finance team as:
Bookkeeper
Belgrade – Vrčin
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily posting of business transactions
- Prepare and control accounting and supporting documentation
- Prepare VAT calculations and submit VAT returns
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other tax-related documentation
- Monitor and apply relevant tax regulations and accounting practices
- Prepare reports for internal and external users
- Prepare financial and accounting reports for Group reporting purposes
- Participate in payment processing and treasury activities
- Ensure proper and timely maintenance and archiving of accounting documentation and correspondence
- Cooperate with internal departments and Group colleagues
- Perform other accounting activities in accordance with business needs and instructions from the superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a similar role
- Good understanding of local accounting and tax regulations
- Hands-on experience with Navision is an advantage
- MS Excel skills
- Basic working proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Responsible, proactive and hands-on approach to work
