For our office in Belgrade, we are looking for:

Brand Manager (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of 360° communication plans in line with brand strategy.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns, including ROI analysis and KPIs
• Price setting to ensure brand profitability
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, competition, and market trends and taking action to drive growth
• Preparing business plans for new projects
• Managing the launch and market placement of new brands
• Close collaboration with other departments to ensure an integrated business approach
• Participation in marketing activities for new markets (Croatia, Slovenia).
• Direct communication with principals and the Group’s marketing department
• Working closely cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistic, Demand Planning, etc.) to ensure a holistic business approach

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or a related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Shopper/Trade Marketing or Sales. in a similar role
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in an international company is considered as advantage
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Organized, analytical, motivated, and reliable personality
• Valid driving license (active driver)
