We are expanding our team and are looking for a:
Carrier Sales Representative/ Freight Broker
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing relationships with trucking companies in the USA market;
- Identifying and sourcing suitable carriers for available loads;
- Verifying and qualifying carriers prior to assigning a load, including reviewing safety records, authority status, insurance coverage, operating status, Carrier411, and other relevant information;
- Ensuring that carriers meet all required conditions and internal criteria before assigning a load;
- Negotiating rates and transportation terms and closing deals;
- Working towards achieving defined sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree;
- Previous experience in USA logistics, freight brokerage, or carrier sales;
- Experience working with US-based carriers/trucking companies;
- Knowledge of carrier qualification and verification processes;
- Ability to verify carriers prior to assigning loads and identify potentially high-risk carriers;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactive, results-oriented approach;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Fluency in English.
