Join BMM Logistics Niš as a Carrier Sales Representative and work directly with trucking companies across the U.S. You’ll build relationships, negotiate rates, close deals, solve problems, and learn how a fast-paced international business operates.
Base salary + uncapped commission
Monday–Friday | 2nd shift
Paid training | No logistics experience required
What you’ll do
- Build and grow relationships with U.S. trucking companies
- Negotiate rates and close deals
- Find the right carriers for available freight
- Manage conversations and solve problems in real time
- Keep shipments moving while working toward clear sales targets
- Develop your communication, negotiation, and sales skills every day
