We are hiring a Collections specialist to join our team in Kragujevac.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform monthly billing activities and process invoice adjustments and corrections
• Monitor and manage written communication with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Record and reconcile financial transactions
• Track declined transactions and process chargeback recoveries (voided chargebacks)
• Maintain regular communication with the Sales team regarding collections and client-related matters
• Develop, implement, and monitor payment plans for clients
• Update collection tracking reports and maintain accurate records on a daily basis
• Collect and organize required documentation related to billing and collections
• Utilize HubSpot and other internal systems to support billing and collection processes

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (VI or VII level of education)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the same or similar role is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
