Job title: Commercial Finance Analyst – ISP

Office location: Spanskih boraca, Belgrade – Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team:

The Commercial Finance Analyst – ISP will strengthen the Commercial Finance team's delivery by supporting the production of revenue/ARPU/subscriber and CAC reporting, commercial insights and analysis, reducing single‑point‑of‑failure risk and enabling senior team members to focus on review, insight and business partnering.

What will you be doing?

Monthly Reporting & Performance Support

• Support the production of monthly KPIs and financial reporting
• Assist with month end processes, including data validation, reconciliations and variance analysis
• Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for management and executive reporting packs
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency of financial data

Analysis & Insight

• Support the Senior Finance Manager and Senior Finance Analyst with ad-hoc commercial analysis
• Contribute to insight that supports decision making by senior finance and business stakeholders
• Seek to drive efficiencies and improvements in data insights and reporting

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the budget and forecast processes with analysis and inputs, working closely with senior finance colleagues
• Assist with data collection, model updates and scenario analysis

Collaboration & Development

• Build strong working relationships with Central Finance and Commercial Finance teams
• Actively engage in learning and development opportunities within Finance
• Seek to develop ability to translate financial reporting into commercial insights and decisions

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; Interested in and / or already studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / equivalent)
• 1–3 years' experience in a finance, FP&A or analytical role (or strong graduate with relevant placements)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, as well as high attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
• Ability to manage deadlines in a monthly reporting cycle
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
