British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Executive in Belgrade

We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Consumer Experience Executive in our office in Belgrade! We are seeking a proactive and consumer-focused professional who is passionate about creating engaging customer experiences and building long-term consumer relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and creative, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive CRM and loyalty initiatives that enhance consumer engagement, increase database growth, and strengthen consumer retention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of the continuous development and performance of retention pillars – CRM, MC communication and Loyalty activities
• Creation of retention activity cycle plans integrated with end-market plans
• Alignment with local end markets, Legal and regional teams on strategic direction and plans
• Management of suppliers, technical partners and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Coordination and briefing of creative agencies on Loyalty program visual identity, campaign assets and retention materials, while independently developing content when required
• Rewards management, ensuring the smooth functioning of reward schemes and activities
• Budget management for enhancement and rewards activities, alongside reporting and performance analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Management of internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards, and achievement of key success indicators set by the line manager

What are we looking for?

• Education: University degree, preferably in marketing
• At least two years of working experience in the field of marketing, specifically in the deployment and development of digital services preferably field of CRM, retention and loyalty programs
• Strong project management skills with high self-organization and reliability
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving challenges and leveraging data to drive insights
• Flexibility and motivation to thrive in a dynamic market environment
• Affinity for new media and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital trends
• Deep understanding of both back-end and front-end processes and technologies
• Proficiency in English
