Company Flying Cargo YU d.o.o., as authorized licensee of Federal Express Corporation – FedEx for territory of Serbia, is recognized as industry leader in express international door-to-door shipment management, providing delivery services to 220+ countries worldwide throughout robust supply chain system using latest cutting-edge tech solutions. Our mission is focused on providing unique global air and ground logistic support to all clients meeting their transportation needs in export and import of international shipments in Serbia.
With primary goal to maintain high quality in delivering our services to clients and providing an outstanding customer experience we are looking for the new team member to join us on position:
Customer Service Agent
Key responsibilities:
This position is expected to provide extraordinary customer service and shipping related services coordination by determining and proposing appropriate shipping methods, informing clients of company products, services, routes and rates, as well as taking care of any inquiry client may have regarding shipment status by:
- Ensuring quality customer service and taking care of customer inquiries via incoming or outgoing calls and/or e-mails, informing clients about the portfolio, features of services and providing pricing information
- Recommending the appropriate FedEx Office products and services
- Creating tailor-made service offer proposal to the clients accommodating it to identified client’s transportation needs – utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions to clients
- Scheduling appointments for picking up/delivering of the shipments to/from client,
- Resolving disputes of any kind regarding the delivery of shipments and providing information, alternative options and solutions for settlement
- Support clients in monitoring the status of shipment delivery (using internal tracking online portal features – Track&Trace system)
- Maintaining and updating client database
- Oral and written correspondence and communication in both Serbian and English
- Care about the client and the quality of the service provided
- Cooperation and support to other sectors of the company
Candidate profile and qualifications
Successful candidate for this position should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and social skills
- Proficiency in English language (at least B2 level), oral and written
- Fast typing skill – 40 WPM, at least
- Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work autonomously
- Strong customer focus with ability to multitask and quickly adapt to change
- Preferred experience in the industry
- Minimum education requirements – secondary school diploma
