We are hiring a Customer support representative to join our team in Kragujevac, Niš and Ub.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communicating with customers via phone
- Responding to ongoing customer inquiries and requests
- Monitoring system changes and taking preventive actions when necessary
What You Bring:
- Advanced conversational level of English
- Spanish language proficiency is considered an advantage
- Computer literacy
- Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage

- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to different customers and situations

What to Expect from Our Selection Process
