We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and solution-orient Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kragujevac.
Whether you already have customer support experience or are looking to develop your skills in a technology-driven enviroment, this role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact on customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing support to existing clients via phone and digital channels;
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues;
- Recording and tracking support tickets and escalating complex issues when necessary;
- Monitoring system activity and responding to potential problems;
- Maintaining professional communication and positive relationships with clients.
What You Bring:
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level);
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, call centers, or technical support is advantage;
- Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone who:

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to different customers and situations
- Adaptability and openness to change and new situations
What we offer:
- Competitive Salary: 90,000-120,000 RSD net per month (depending on experience and language proficiency);
