Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team at our Pančevo office. If you are looking for a stable career, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to work in an international environment, AP Advising is the right place for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication with brokers and drivers
- Book freight and plan efficient routes
- Monitor shipments in real time
- Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch and tracking systems
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Accounting, Safety, and Track & Trace
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes is an advantage, but not required
