MILLENNIAL LOGISTICS DOO, friendly, fast-paced motor carrier company, is looking for an experienced DISPATCHER who is ready to join their team.

POSITION DUTIES:
- Hybrid work structure.
- Looking for direct freight accounts using various load boards.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and customers.
- Ability to negotiate for the best rates possible.
- Dispatch drivers after finding loads for them.
- Tracking and tracing loads that are booked and in transit.
- Building good relationships with the drivers.
- Help drivers solve issues that occur OTR.
- Learning and understanding market rates.
- Think ahead and plan 2-3 days in advance for trucks.
AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF OTR DISPATCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding (or learning) DOT regulations.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Being able to navigate on 2-3 computer screens with emails, load boards, and different operating systems at the same time.
- EXCELLENT multi-tasking, time management, and organization skills.
- Able to accept constructive criticism.
- Able to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis.
LANGUAGE:
- English required.
- Spanish will be an advantage.
