Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team at our Pančevo office. If you are looking for a stable career, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to work in an international environment, AP Advising is the right place for you.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate daily communication with brokers and drivers
– Book freight and plan efficient routes
– Monitor shipments in real time
– Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms
– Maintain accurate records in dispatch and tracking systems
– Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Accounting, Safety, and Track & Trace
Required Qualifications
– At least 1 year of proven experience working as a Dispatcher in the U.S. trucking industry
– Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities, ability to effectively communicate and work with Owner-Operators.
