What You'll Do

As the Engagement Coordinator you would play a pivotal role in building, engaging, and nurturing our online communities across all our social media platforms. You will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with our audience, managing brand reputation, and driving community growth through strategic engagement and content initiatives. 
You will also respond to player inquiries, create and curate our community sentiment reports, support our campaign executions, and utilize advanced social media tools to track performance and optimize engagement strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with customer support queries on social platforms, escalating complex issues while providing first line community support to our players. 
• Track, analyze, and report on community performance metrics, sentiment / engagement rates, and community growth indicators.
• Communicate with players through onsite chats, forums, and direct messages.
• Assist with some creative social content, be that written or visual, when required.
• Create and support both existing and new competitions, bonus initiatives, or promotional events when required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate insights.
• Ensure all content and interactions comply with platform guidelines, industry regulations, and brand safety standards
• Moderating Social Media, Monitor and moderate comments, posts, and interactions across all social media platforms to ensure a positive and brand-safe community environment.
• Kick Drops Promotions Creation – Design, create, and manage Kick Drops promotional campaigns to drive engagement and reward community members.
• Bonus Drops Promotions Creation – Develop and execute Bonus Drops promotional content and campaigns to incentivize player participation and loyalty.
• Respond to Direct Messages – Manage and respond to direct messages across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring player inquiries are addressed.
• Forum Moderation – Oversee and moderate community forums, ensuring discussions remain constructive, on-topic, and compliant with community guidelines.
• Competition Payouts – Process and manage competition payouts, ensuring winners are verified and rewards are distributed accurately and promptly.
• Live Chat Moderation / Sentiment Collection – Monitor and moderate live chat interactions during streams and events, while collecting and reporting on community sentiment and feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to input data accurately and maintain strong attention to detail in all content creation and community interactions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences authentically and professionally
• Deep understanding of online social media trends, pop culture, internet culture, and newsworthy topics with ability to leverage them appropriately
• Strong ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and act independently while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines
• Basic design software skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and ability to create compelling visual and written content
• Flexibility to adapt communication style and content approach based on platform requirements and audience preferences
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to maintain consistency
• Ability to create compelling visual and written content when required.
