Game Artist – Casual & Hybrid-Casual Games
Mystic Mage Studios is looking for a Game Artist to work on mobile casual and hybrid-casual games.
We are looking for someone who understands the visual style of mobile games and can contribute throughout the entire process – from initial ideas and concepts to final assets ready for implementation.
What You Will Do
Design visual styles for casual and hybrid-casual games
Create UI elements, icons, characters, objects, backgrounds, and other game assets
Prepare assets for implementation in the game
Collaborate with game designers and developers
Quickly create and iterate on different visual solutions
Use AI tools to support concept development and art production
What We’re Looking For
Experience in 2D game art and a strong sense of style, color, composition, and visual clarity
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Ability to adapt to different visual styles
Understanding of visual design requirements for mobile games
Ability to work independently, move quickly, and iterate based on feedback
A portfolio showcasing previous work is required
Strong advantage: Experience with the Unity3D game engine and the ability to work with and implement assets directly in Unity.
Nice to have: Experience with AI tools for generating, editing, and improving visual content.
