About Us
We are a growing commercial trucking insurance agency serving the US market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Lead Generator to join our team and drive revenue growth through the sale, insurance solutions, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US transportation industry
- Promote and sell the company's products and support services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales/sales is a plus. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this role.
- Willing and available to work the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Ability to work from our office in Belgrade (on-site position)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Earning Expectations:
The compensation can range from 100,000.00 RSD to 500,000.00 RSD.
