Project Manager (iGaming) — Belgrade

About Codonix d.o.o.

Codonix d.o.o. builds products for the iGaming industry. We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Belgrade office and work alongside our in-house development team, owning the flow of work from planning through to production release.

You'll be the link between the developers and our game integration partners, the person who keeps the board clean, spots what's stuck, and makes sure the right issue reaches the right person.

Location: Belgrade full-time, on-site Employment: Full employment contract with mandatory social contributions.

What You'll Do

Planning & Task Management

• Track the development team's work in Jira and keep the Kanban board current and readable.
• Create and detail tasks, write the context and acceptance criteria so a developer can pick the ticket up and start without coming back with questions.
• Maintain an Agile working rhythm and keep the team inside it.
• Set priorities: decide what can wait and what needs to go into the team now.

Testing & Release

• Track work through the test environment and make sure testing is actually completed, not just assigned.
• Plan and coordinate production releases.
• Write and distribute release notes to the relevant stakeholders.
• Keep Jira and Confluence records up to date – process documentation is yours to own.

Integration Partners

• Stay in regular contact with our game integration partners.
• Understand incoming issues and route them to the technical team with the right context, then follow through on both sides.

Team & Reporting

• Keep communication inside the team constructive and the working atmosphere good.
• Report regularly on delivery status and team performance.

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least 2 years in project management or a comparable role.
• Hands-on Jira experience: managing a Kanban board and writing well-specified tickets.
• Solid working understanding of Agile practices.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with a respectful and collaborative tone.
• English at a level that lets you correspond confidently with integration partners.
• Organised, consistent working habits and care for the shared office environment.

Note: We are not expecting advanced software knowledge. Strong logical thinking and the ability to follow a technical conversation will make this role considerably easier for you.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or a comparable live product.
• Turkish language skills.
• Familiarity with game providers or payment integration processes.
• General familiarity with software development workflow, APIs, test environments, deployment.
• Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.

Interview Process

Two stages, usually completed within one week:

Introductory interview: a conversation about your experience and how you work.
Interview with the technical team  including a short practical exercise: we'll give you a vague requirement and ask you to turn it into a Jira ticket.
