Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to help ensure the smooth and secure operation of our company’s technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and contributing to reliable IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and access-related issues reported by employees
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access to company systems and applications
• Prepare, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and account security processes
• Maintain and support Google Workspace, Windows, macOS, and other business IT tools
• Manage and maintain AV equipment used in meeting rooms, offices, and shared spaces
• Set up and install complete new workstations when required, including computers, monitors, peripherals, cabling, and other necessary IT equipment
• Ensure workstations and shared IT areas remain organized, with cables, peripherals, and equipment arranged safely and neatly
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including inventory tracking, assignment, returns, storage, and accurate asset records
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and internal procedures
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members to ensure effective IT support and smooth day-to-day operations
• Perform other IT-related and operational support tasks as required to support day-to-day business needs

Preferred Skills:

• Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, computer hardware, and common peripherals
• Basic working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive, and other core services
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a good level of written and spoken English
