As a Junior Accountant in TMF Group, you will be supporting our senior professionals on a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Serbia provides word class accounting and tax compliance services. In this job you will assist on various tasks such as bookkeeping, payments, documentation, taxes calculations and submissions, statutory reporting.
Through work for various clients from different industries, you will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge of financial complexities. You will get industry best practice here as we are ACCA approved employer and be up to date with the latest accounting standards and local legislations. In addition, our senior experts will offer support and guide you throughout your journey in becoming well rounded accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the accounting department's administrative work;
- Helps in the processing of payments, billing based on internal rules, checks their accuracy and completeness;
- Bank account administration: tracking of balances, preparation and execution of payments, follow-up on payments;
- Records invoices, prepares documents for the approval process;
- Charges the bank, cash register, invoices, business trips based on internal rules
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Strong numerical aptitude;
- Good team player;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
