Key Account Manager for Corporate

We are looking for an experienced or highly motivated junior Key Account Manager for Corporate to join our team, maintaining and improving relationships with our largest corporate clients, driving the successful expansion of our software solutions network, and combining strategic thinking with a proactive IT sales mentality.
Serving as a key link between clients, sales, internal development, and marketing agencies, your main responsibilities will be to understand corporate users' business processes, manage budgets and financial workflows, and align contracts and technical documentation while ensuring top-tier B2B delivery, contract renewals, and effective upsell/cross-sell activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Relationship management with existing corporate users of our software solutions through contract renewal processes, upsell, and cross-sell activities.
• Active acquisition of new corporate clients and expanding the user base.
• Budget management, which includes income and expense planning, monthly performance tracking, and creating adequate reports for management.
• Leading and coordinating the sales support team.
• Control of financial processes, including the invoicing process and debt collection.
• Alignment of contracts and documentation, taking care of the content of user contracts and technical documentation in cooperation with the legal department and the product development sector.
• Initiating marketing initiatives and implementing promotional activities in close cooperation with a marketing agency.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a Key Account Manager position within the IT industry (note: relevant junior profiles will also be considered).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (advanced level of written and verbal communication).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
• High level of business maturity and professionalism in daily work.
• Exceptional communicator and skilled conversationalist who easily finds common ground with clients.
• An established personal network of contacts and business clients in the domestic market.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain long-term stable business relationships.
• Composure when handling escalations and challenging situations while maintaining high proactivity.
• Experience in leading smaller teams or coordinating associates will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working in the fintech industry will be considered an advantage.
• Readiness to travel abroad as needed.
• Active driver (B category).
