KICKSTART – Application Support Specialist – Intern

As part of the KICKSTART internship, as an Application Support Intern, you will provide 1.5-line support for business application users. You will collaborate with business application users (our colleagues) and development teams to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes.

What we will expect from you:

• Providing support to first-line teams (our employees) in using business applications essential to their daily work
• Resolving issues reported by business application users
• Providing first-line teams with feedback on system operability and availability
• Collaborating with IT development teams to resolve reported tickets and identify potential business application improvements
• Updating and administering data in systems related to new products, campaigns, and business rules, as well as maintaining customer data
• Monitoring system performance and availability
• Participating in testing newly developed system functionalities

For a good start you will need:

• A university degree (or be in your final year of studies) from the School of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics,
• Faculty of Organizational Sciences – IT or a related program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset
• Interest in developing a career in IT support
