Job Description

• Monitors orders on a daily basis and organizes timely deliveries
• Responsible for free of charge deliveries
• Informs the recipient in a timely manner about the quantity of delivery
• Responsible for customs clearance of exported goods that have been shipped
• Creates documentation for delivery related to special needs (e.g. customs regulations, taxes…).
• Prepares documentation for delivery in relation to the client’s requirements
• Continuously monitors deviations in the customs clearance and transport process and proposes measures to prevent them

Qualification

• Basic knowledge of logistics processes
• Fluency in English language
• MS office package
• SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage
• Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
