Creawizz is looking for a data-driven Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence Project Manager to lead digital marketing, eCommerce, and commercial performance reporting across international digital workstreams.

This role requires a strong combination of technical data capabilities, including data setup, integration, visualisation, and quality control, and the business acumen to translate performance data into relevant, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

You will work at the intersection of digital marketing, sales, data, and technology, helping ensure that marketing and eCommerce performance data is integrated, clearly visualised, understood, and translated into action.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment, enjoys making sense of complex data, and can connect insights across marketing, sales, CRM, media, web analytics, and eCommerce platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end digital marketing, eCommerce, and business performance reporting process across multiple markets and workstreams.
• Manage and continuously improve dashboards to deliver accurate, holistic, and actionable insights, including data-quality checks and channel connections.
• Build new dashboards from scratch by translating stakeholder needs into business-relevant KPI visualisations.
• Connect and integrate new data sources, including websites and GA4, paid media and Meta, API connections, manual uploads, Excel, S3, and other relevant sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, paid media, sales, agencies, and data engineering, to ensure clean, connected, and scalable data pipelines.
• Translate complex performance data into clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Monitor data integrity across different sources and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  Identify opportunities, uncover trends, and support continuous optimisation across digital marketing and commercial activities.
• Prepare monthly reporting for different stakeholder groups and communication formats, ensuring insights are clear, relevant, and actionable.
• Help strengthen data-driven decision-making by ensuring that reporting goes beyond performance measurement and leads to meaningful business recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business and marketing analytics, data reporting, business intelligence, or analytics-focused project management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales, and commercial KPIs, including CPC, sessions, ROAS, CLV, KPI interpretation, data collection, and different levels of data granularity.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and automated reports using business intelligence, analytics, or marketing intelligence platforms.
• Practical familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta / paid media analytics.
• Good understanding of data structures, ETL processes, data integration, and coding concepts, with experience in tools or languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or Python being beneficial.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality-control practices, ideally in multi-market environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and markets.

Datorama / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, also known as Datorama, is a strong advantage but is not a strict requirement.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong fundamentals in:

• marketing and business analytics;
• dashboarding and reporting;
• data integration and ETL;
• data quality;
• digital marketing measurement;
• and business insight generation.

Candidates with experience using other relevant BI or marketing intelligence platforms are therefore encouraged to apply.

The ability to understand different data ecosystems and adapt quickly to new tools is more important than experience with one specific platform.

Working knowledge of additional digital and analytics platforms would be considered an advantage, including:

• Campaign tracking and tagging, including UTMs, pixels, and related measurement frameworks.
• Experience working with APIs and different types of data connections.
• Experience working in an international or multi-market environment.
• Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience working with marketing, media, commercial, or eCommerce teams.

Experience with every individual platform listed above is not required.
