Burger King was founded in Miami in 1954 and today is one of the world's most iconic restaurant brands, with more than 19,700 restaurants across over 120 countries. For more than 70 years, we've been serving great-tasting food with passion, quality and authenticity.

Now, Burger King is coming to Serbia, and we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team from the very beginning. If you are organized, proactive and passionate about marketing and communication, this is an exciting opportunity to help build one of the world's most recognized brands in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

What will you do?

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across a wide range of consumer touchpoints, including:

• Coordinating local marketing activities for our restaurants (Local Store Marketing).
• Supporting digital marketing campaigns and online communication.
• Assisting with outdoor advertising and media campaigns.
• Coordinating marketing materials across all consumer touchpoints.
• Working closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
• Supporting the implementation of national promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
• Providing administrative and organizational support to the Marketing team.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications or administrative support role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
• A university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field will be considered an advantage.
