Go-to Brands d.o.o is looking for a analytical and creative Media Buyer to join our growing team in Belgrade.

We operate and scale DTC consumer brands across multiple European markets, including Vessi, a Nordic skincare brand.

You will be directly responsible for Meta advertising accounts, launching ads, tracking, landing pages, funnels and identifying new opportunities to improve customer acquisition.

We are looking for someone who enjoys moving fast, testing aggressively and making decisions based on data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads across multiple European markets
• Launch and manage 200+ new ads per month together with our in-house Creative Team
• Monitor performance daily and optimize toward strong nCPA / CAC / ROAS
• Own tracking, attribution and performance analysis
• Improve landing pages, product pages and funnels together with front-end developers
• Build and execute an ongoing A/B-testing roadmap
• Identify new hooks, offers, static-ad concepts and creative opportunities
• Give performance feedback and testing insights to the Creative Team
• Research competitors, landing pages and advertising trends using tools such as Adbeat, Foreplay and Motion
• Test new acquisition channels including Taboola, native ads, YouTube and Google. 

Our Creative Team produces up to 300 ads per month, so this is a high-volume testing environment. You do not need to design ads yourself, but you should understand what we should test and why.

Who we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce or DTC
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPM, CTR, CVR and attribution
• Experience with landing pages, funnels, CRO and A/B testing
• Comfortable handling a high volume of campaigns and creative tests
• Analytical, proactive and able to work independently
• Strong professional English
