As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or looking for your next professional challenge, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the international shipping and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities related to container transportation.
- Issue invoices and maintain operational documentation.
- Monitor shipments and container movements using carrier systems.
- Prepare transport orders for rail and truck operations.
- Track vessel schedules and ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Support the Operations team with administrative and operational tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in logistics or administration is welcome but not required.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
