We support some of the largest real estate owners and asset managers in the Netherlands and across Europe, with several of our clients managing portfolios exceeding 1,000,000 m². 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Power BI Developer you will help Stellar deliver strong data insights for enterprise real estate clients. You will build dashboards and reporting solutions that support finance, portfolio performance, and operational decision making. 

Key responsibilities 

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports 
• Support the translation of business and reporting requirements into data models and visuals 
• Work closely with consultants to understand client reporting needs 
• Connect Power BI to different data sources and support data refresh processes 
• Write and improve SQL queries used for reporting 
• Test dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and usability 
• Support clients and internal teams with reporting questions and improvements 
• Learn and apply BI best practices with guidance from experienced colleagues 

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in Power BI, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar field 
• AI-first mentality 
• Strong Power BI knowledge (DAX and data modelling) 
• Solid SQL skills 
• Comfortable translating business needs into BI deliverables 
• Excellent English communication

Nice to have 

• Experience in real estate reporting or finance reporting 
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) 
• Yardi knowledge 
• Fabric experience (DataFlows, Notebooks, Pipelines)

Practical details 

• Location: Novi Sad, Serbia 
• Working model: Office-based during the initial period, with the possibility to move to a hybrid model afterwards 
• Travel: Occasional travel within Europe
