We are currently seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our team and support our partner company. Our partner company is a full-service digital marketing agency that delivers tailored online advertising and data-driven user acquisition strategies to clients across eCommerce, SaaS, and various other industries in Israel, Europe, and the US. The company offers a wide range of services, including search engine optimization, social media management, paid campaign management, online reputation management, web development, and conversion and engagement optimization.
As a PPC Specialist, you will own client accounts end-to-end. This is a hands-on role: you run the campaigns, make the calls, and bring results.
Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through build, optimization, and reporting, across Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Performance: Own budget pacing and the KPI that actually matters to each client, whether that is ROAS, CPA, or qualified lead volume
- Technical Oversight: Set up and verify tracking. Work with GA4 and Google Tag Manager day to day, including offline conversion imports from client CRMs and Merchant Center feeds for eCommerce accounts
- Analysis: Dig into performance data, find the reason behind a change, and act on it. Recognize when the data isn’t reliable enough to act on
- Creative and Testing: Write ad copy, brief creative, and run tests that answer a real question rather than tests for their own sake
- Trend Awareness: Keep up with platform changes and bring back what is worth adopting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing PPC campaigns hands-on, ideally in an agency running several accounts at once
- Strong Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
- Solid Meta knowledge
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok is a huge plus
- Comfortable in GA4 and GTM: you should be able to check whether a conversion is firing correctly and not double counting, rather than trusting whatever the platform reports
- Able to explain results in plain language, and willing to say “I don’t know, let me check” instead of guessing
- Self-management and accountability
- Professional English, written and spoken communication
Nice to Have
- Server-side tracking experience
- Looker Studio or another reporting setup you built yourself
- Google Ads scripts or any automation you use to save yourself time
- Experience across both eCommerce and lead generation
