What you can expect:
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Day-to-Day Banking products and services for business customers
- Deep understanding of SME customers, their financial needs, behaviors and digital expectations
- Identify opportunities for innovation and market differentiation through new services, capabilities and partnerships
- Lead the discovery, design and delivery of digital banking experiences across mobile and web channels
- End-to-end responsibility for development and performance of assigned products and services
- Monitor customer adoption, engagement and business performance, identifying opportunities for growth
- Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through experimentation, testing and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create innovative value propositions
- Guide and inspire a cross-functional agile team around a shared product vision
- Manage and prioritize product backlog in line with strategic goals and customer needs
- Translate business opportunities into epics, features and user stories
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for delivered solutions
- Plan product releases and manage expectations of key stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure successful launch and scaling of new functionalities
- Work closely with UX and Service Design experts to create best-in-class customer journeys
- Follow market trends, emerging technologies and fintech innovations to maintain market leadership
What you bring:
- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in banking, fintech or digital services
- Experience in product development and agile ways of working
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and customer experience design
- Experience working with data and analytics to support decision-making
- Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level), fluent in Serbian
- Experience in SME or corporate banking products
- Experience building digital channels, self-service capabilities or ecosystem services
- Understanding of Open Banking, embedded finance and partnership models
- Experience using AI-powered tools and capabilities in product discovery, customer research, product delivery and decision making
