Job Description:
P2P is responsible and accountable for administration of purchase to pay procurement process.
Responsibility (Tasks):
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and tracking purchases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control maintenance, project, finance and others to ensure purchase orders align with company needs and budget constraints.
- Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions and generate reports for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chemical production and procurement best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Proficient in English and Serbian.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within production, automotive or chemicals.
