That is where you come in. We are looking for a recruiter who enjoys the search: someone who can spot potential in a CV, keep a hiring process moving, and leave every candidate with a good impression of us, whether they get the job or not.

Objectives of the role

• Work closely with the on-site manager to understand what each open role really needs, and to meet our hiring goals and expectations.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles, so we consistently find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Partner with the HQ HR team to design, refine, and implement recruitment strategies that actually reach the right people.
• Stay close to job boards and related platforms, so we always know where strong candidates are and how to approach them.
• Responsibilities
• Write and publish job ads. Write clear, compelling job descriptions and publish them on the platforms where the right candidates spend their time.
• Run the hiring process end to end. Screen CVs and guide candidates through every stage, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
• Keep the candidate database in order. Maintain accurate records of active and passive prospects, current and former employees, and other designations, so we can move fast when a role opens.
• Handle the paperwork. Prepare and complete the documentation for new hires so their first day runs smoothly.
• Represent Mebit as an employer. Promote the company’s reputation and appeal as an employer, so strong candidates want to hear from us.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to make decisions on your own.
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, used daily with our international team.
• Previous experience in recruitment is desirable.
