Title: Remote Technical Services – Polish speaker
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
What you'll do
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers and internal teams resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting projects and activities through to successful completion.
- Collaborating with project teams, customers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Troubleshooting technical issues using available tools, systems, and knowledge bases.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Escalating complex cases to specialized support teams while maintaining responsibility for follow-up and communication.
- Processing and validating documentation received through various channels.
- Tracking and documenting incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately.
- Providing support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Using remote access tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Following established procedures and knowledge articles to deliver effective solutions.
- Monitoring customer environments and proactively responding to events when needed.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
What we're looking for
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role is an advantage, but not required.
