We are looking for a Sales Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role  

• Planning the volume of sales and the potential of the assigned customer group to achieve the defined commercial goals
• Analysis and assessment of the market and the needs of potential and existing customers
• Constant contact with customers, building and maintaining a customer-focused network
• Research and evaluation of specific business opportunities for products/solutions by analyzing medium-term customer investments in this industry/vertical market
• Preparing and participating in the negotiation of projects and proposals in cooperation with other experts in the team
• Coordination and implementation of tasks, contribution to setting up appropriate programs for the development of products, projects or services for the customer
• Defining marketing strategy and active promotion of products of medium voltage drive systems and solutions in metal, mining and cement industries
• Development of technical solutions, preparation of offers, preparation of technical documentation
• Coordinating internal and external resources to prepare and optimize bids and project implementation

Your Profile  

• Completed bachelor's or master's studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
• Experience in project sales in the metal, mining and cement industries
• Excellent knowledge of computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Category B driver's license
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Great communication and sales skills
• Energetic and proactive
• Teamwork
