We are hiring a Sales Specialist to join our team in Niš, Kragujevac.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contact and engage warm leads generated by the Marketing team.
• Proactively identify and reach out to new potential clients through outbound prospecting.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations with potential clients
• Managing follow up regularly with prospects and drive opportunities through to successful closure
• Collaborate closely with the other teams to achieve shared business goals.

What You Bring:

• Advanced computer skills.
• Experience using video conferencing tools
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new SaaS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline, with the ability to work effectively during the second shift.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to independently learn and master new software tools.
• Confidence and willingness to deliver live demonstrations of the platform to prospective clients

If your profile matches the position requirements, you can expect an initial interview with our HR team to discuss your experience, background, career goals and the role itself. 
Depending on the role, an additional interview with the Hiring Manager and for C- level positions, with our CEO, may also be the part of the process.

Once all interview stages are completed, candidates can expect feedback within 7–10 days. Throughout the process, our HR team remain available for any questions and additional information.
