What You'll Do

As a Sports Support Representative, you'll support our sports betting operations by assisting with sports-related customer inquiries, working with Sportsbook tools, and ensuring that requests and issues are handled accurately and efficiently.
You'll receive comprehensive training to help you become familiar with our systems, Sportsbook tools, company structure, procedures, and internal processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and accurate support for sports betting-related inquiries and requests.
• Work with Intercom and various Sportsbook tools as part of your daily responsibilities.
• Review and investigate sports betting-related cases, ensuring that information is accurate and issues are handled appropriately.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, cases, and resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve requests efficiently.
• Stay informed about relevant sports events, betting markets, products, tools, and internal procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your knowledge and performance.
• Contribute ideas and observations that can help improve our Sports Support processes and overall customer experience.

• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and procedures quickly.
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Nice to have:

• Interest in and good general knowledge of sports.
• Previous experience or knowledge of sports betting.
• Familiarity with Sportsbook platforms, betting markets, odds, and sports betting terminology.
• Previous experience in customer support, sports support, or a similar role.
• Experience using Intercom or similar customer support platforms.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies.

Training & Onboarding:

We want to make sure you have the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. As part of your onboarding, you'll receive structured training that includes:

• Introduction to our company structure, and the teams you'll work with.
• Training in Intercom and the tools used in your day-to-day work.
• Introduction to Sportsbook tools and sports betting operations.
• Familiarization with our internal procedures, processes, and workflows.
• Practical training and guidance to prepare you for your day-to-day responsibilities.
