What You'll Do
- Hiring location: Serbia, Belgrade
- Employment type: Full-time position through employment contract.

At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. Based in Belgrade, Lynx Studio is IGT’s dedicated localization studio for EMEA and LAC markets. Our team adapts game mathematics, features, and themes to meet the needs and preferences of diverse markets, while preserving the core elements that made the original games successful.
For our Lynx studio we’re searching for talented Technical Artist who are passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines.
What You'll Do
As a Technical Artist you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between art and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements into our games.
- Collaborating closely with art and programming teams to bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical implementation.
- Creating and maintaining technical PSD files for implementation.
- Leading and developing technical tool project for a game.
- Supporting artists and engineers in the art pipeline.
- Profiling and optimizing game assets for memory and performance gains while maintaining our high standards for user experience.
What We`re Looking For
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative package with a strong focus on Photoshop and After Effects.
- Proficiency in Spine or any 3D software, preferably Blender and Maya.
- Experience working with game engines, especially Unity.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus. Commercial artist experience also counts as a plus.
