• Requirement: Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia
• Work setup: Hybrid, connected to the local office in Belgrade

At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re searching for a talented Technical Artist based in Serbia who is passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Artist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between art and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements into our games. You will collaborate closely with our teams in Belgrade, while also contributing to international projects and cross-team initiatives.

• Implement 3D game art and animations in Unity based on project specifications
• Create high-quality art assets aligned with the game’s creative vision and compatible with production pipelines
• Select and utilize appropriate art tools, packages, and technical solutions for each project
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Developers, and cross-functional teams throughout development
• Work with designers, artists, and engineers to develop effective design solutions and incorporate feedback

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience working with Unity
• Experience with VFX and particle systems
• Understanding of sprite implementation: import settings, sprite sheets, and atlases
• Basic knowledge of Unity Animator and animation state machines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, After Effects
• Strong visual design fundamentals: composition, color theory, readability
• Open to feedback with a strong willingness to learn and improve
• Good English communication skills for collaboration with international teams

Assessment Process

Candidates will be required to complete an on-site practical assessment consisting of two parts:

• Unity Technical Artist Assessment – tasks focused on Unity workflows, including sprite implementation and setup, Unity Animator and animation states, UI/Canvas work, shaders, particle systems (VFX), and other common Technical Artist responsibilities
• Adobe Creative Suite Assessment – practical exercises in Photoshop and After Effects, including applying styles to text and visual elements, preparing layered files for animation, and creating simple motion graphics/animations

The assessment is designed to evaluate both technical implementation skills and artistic workflow knowledge relevant to the role.
