Technical & Field Services Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Technical Services and IT Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technical support specialists, ensuring internal operational excellence and external high level of customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor technical team members.
- Oversee SLA performance of our Technical Services operations (POS, QMS).
- Project management for POS operations.
- Stakeholder Communication – ability to align technical operations with business goals.
- Oversee IT system performance, security, and compliance.
- 1st level System & Network Administration: Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, VPNs, applications monitoring, Web server and file transfer.
Qualifications & Technical Background:
- Proven leadership experience in technical support services or IT operations management.
- Previous experience in Technical and/or IT support roles with an advantage of team management included.
- Higher education – preferably in technical field
- Business fluent English.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and evaluate team members.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and resolving operational challenges.
- Skilled in resource planning, KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
