We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new position for a Technical Support Engineer willing to join us in becoming: The Number 1 PCB Producer wherever we are.
Position
As the Technical Support Engineer for our Switzerland market, you'll join a passionate and collaborative team offering you the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow together. You will be responsible for communication with both sides – our customers and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for customers and sales colleagues
- Preparing, tracking, and processing quotes
- Article maintenance and release in the ERP system
- Preparation of production data (drawings, customer specifications and Gerber data)
- Processing internal and external engineering questions
- Collaborating with the factories in Europe and Asia
- Supporting in the clarification of technical complaints
- Collaborating in projects
Position Requirements
- Education in technical or electronic field or comparable qualification
- Interested in the electronics industry
- First experience in the field of electronics is a plus
- Ability to read technical datasheets, Gerber files
- Passion in collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Structured and flexible in your way of working
- Open and communicative
- Fluent in English
- German language is preferable but not necessary
