For our client, NCAB Group Serbia, part of the international NCAB Group, a global company specialized in high-quality Printed Circuit Board (PCB) solutions, we are looking for a motivated and technically oriented professional to join their growing team as:
Technical Support Specialist
Niš
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal colleagues
- Enter, process and follow up on customer orders
- Review technical requirements, specifications and documentation related to PCB products
- Prepare, process and follow up on quotations
- Communicate with customers regarding technical requirements, solutions and potential material changes
- Provide technical advice and support in resolving customer inquiries
- Coordinate with colleagues in Serbia and Switzerland regarding operational and technical topics
- Cooperate with international teams and production partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requirements
- Support the resolution of technical issues and participate in relevant projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Technical background, with experience in the electronics industry considered an advantage
- Previous experience with PCB products or related technologies would be a strong advantage
- Good understanding of technical documentation and specifications
- Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German would be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, structured and responsible approach to work
- Willingness to learn and further develop technical knowledge
