What You’ll Bring
- Prior tracking experience (a strong plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

- Availability to work onsite during 2nd shift hours
What You’ll Do
- Monitor freight from pickup to delivery
- Keep internal systems updated with real‑time shipment status
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams for timely updates
- Spot delays or issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
