NOW HIRING – Experienced Truck Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator (U.S. Trucking)
Office-Based Position | Vranje, Serbia
We are expanding our operations and are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you have a proven background in the U.S. trucking industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or Fleet Manager in the U.S. trucking industry.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. freight market, load boards, and broker relationships.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and manage multiple drivers simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage dry van, reefer, flatbed, or power-only operations.
- Plan and optimize routes to maximize truck utilization and profitability.
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers and secure the best available loads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight brokers and customers.
- Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS), appointment times, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate load information and documentation in the TMS.
- Provide exceptional support to drivers while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on dispatch experience in the U.S. trucking industry (required).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
- Familiarity with ELD systems, FMCSA regulations, and Hours of Service.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management software (TMS).
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet daily operational goals.
