Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with booking shipments and preparing documents
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients
- Maintain accurate account and invoice records
- Support the account management team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely service delivery
Required skills and characteristics:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Initiative, persistence, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Right to work in Serbia without limitations
- Fluent English — clear and effective communication required
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, or account management is a plus
