About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ATM Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Baljevac.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities for our ATM business, working closely with local operations, international colleagues, and customers. You will coordinate end-to-end order processing, inventory flows, and transport activities, ensuring accurate execution and timely follow-up throughout the order and delivery process.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across different functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and coordinate purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) in the ERP system, from initial entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Shipment & Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and receipt updates.
• Inventory & Goods Receipt: Book incoming goods upon arrival, verify supporting documentation, and ensure the required system transactions are completed accurately.
• Order Tracking: Monitor open orders and delivery schedules, follow up on outstanding actions, and coordinate the resolution of fulfillment issues and delays.
• Invoice Verification: Review transport and supplier invoices for accuracy and perform first-level approvals in accordance with the defined process.
• System & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system.
• Customer & Stakeholder Coordination: Provide timely information on order and delivery status and coordinate with customers, internal teams, and international stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate operational reports and trackers, including open-order and delivery-status reporting.
• Operational Coordination: Participate in regular supply chain and order-status meetings and follow through on agreed actions. If needed, support or lead production planning for the local factory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, order management, supply chain coordination, customer operations or a related area, preferably within an international manufacturing or operational environment.
• Basic technical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, with the ability to support and communicate effectively on product- and quality-related topics with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working closely with production teams and spending time on the shop floor to understand processes, materials and operational challenges.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas, operational data, reports, and planning tools.
• Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
• Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for regular communication with international colleagues, customers, and cross-border teams; fluent Serbian.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Continuous improvement mindset and initiative to improve day-to-day processes.
• Ability to work independently within defined processes and take ownership of assigned activities.
