About the role
We are searching for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Agent to spearhead our commercial activities in Serbia. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role where you will have the freedom and responsibility to shape the market strategy from the ground up.
From defining sales plans, analysing market potential, and setting up CRM reports to identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals — you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in Serbia. You will also work closely with our marketing and communication teams, while ensuring excellent post-sales support and client documentation follow-up.

What we expect from you
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (products and/or services)
- Strong knowledge of the international transport sector, key players, and its specifics
- Hands-on experience in business development and account management
- Full understanding of a complete sales cycle role
- Goal-driven and numbers-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Team player aligned with company’s vision and values
- Active driver with a clean license
- Willingness to travel across Serbia
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines
