We are looking for a thoughtful, organized and people-oriented Cluster Human Resources Specialist!
Brief job description
As a Cluster Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle across multiple properties, from recruitment and onboarding to training, development and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinating the onboarding and introduction of new employees.
- Organizing and coordinating employee training and development activities.
- Supporting employee development and career growth.
- Maintaining positive and professional employee relations.
- Planning and organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Supporting HR administration and other HR-related activities, as required.
Required qualifications and candidate profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar HR position.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality company is preferred; experience within a hotel chain is considered an advantage.
- Good command of English language.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, responsible and proactive approach to work.
- Fair and professional attitude.
- Problem-solving orientation.
